Coaching Plans

All plans are bespoke to each individual

Please see the different coaching options that I offer. Please note, that if you are Taupo local, our coaching catchups can be in person over a coffee and/or a jog and chat.

Prior to the commencement of coaching – You will be sent a pre-meetup questionnaire to help me to ascertain your goals, everything else in between, a picture of where you are at, and where you want to head to.

We will have a free 30 minutes online or in-person chat to go over your coaching details and our starting point. (There is no obligation to commence coaching with this 30 minute chat.)

Basic Plan

$35pw

Starting out or back into running.

  • Weekly be-spoke running training via my Final Surge training app.
  • Regular messaging, feedback, and feed forward.
  • An in-person coaching 60 minutes catchup/specific run session will be $40 – if and when required.
  • Commitment to at least 12 weeks of coaching.
Step Up Plan

$45pw

Builds on the Basic Plan with added support and insights.

  • Extra support with sports nutrition.
  • Strength and mobility support.
  • Monthly 60 minute coaching sessions.
  • Commitment to at least 12 weeks of coaching.
Lydiard Plan

$55pw

For the seasoned runner – competitive.

  • Training mapped around your target race bespoke to your goals, and chosen distance. 
  • Training through Lydiard training phases. 
  • Regular messaging, feedback, and feedforward. 
  • Support with sports nutrition, strength/mobility, and mindset applicable to you and your goals. 
  • 2x per month in-person or online 60 minute catchup/or specific run session. 
  • Commitment to at least 12 weeks of coaching.
1-1 Run Session

$60per session

Bespoke – 60 minute in-person focused session with Aimee.

Sessions are tailored to what you want and need – whether it be guidance with your running form, technique, guidance with training, nutrition, support pre/post a certain running event. After the session you’ll be provided with written feedback.

If you are after a set plan towards a particular ultra or marathon event, after small group coaching or something else – this can be discussed within the 30 minute online or in-person session prior to coaching.
